Despite having what could be considered as positive results, Barcelona’s season so far has been filled with ups and downs, often as a result of a poor playing style by former manager Ernesto Valverde and new manager Quique Setien trying to provide a more free-flowing approach. But beyond that, one of the biggest issues this season has been the fact that French starlet Antoine Griezmann has failed to properly adapt to Barcelona’s playing style and forming a connection with their star and leader, Lionel Messi.
